True Blood
Did anyone watch True Blood on HBO? It's very strange, but we kind of liked it. The premise: Vampires are living amid regular people after the invention of synthetic blood that prevents them from, you know, feeding on humans. It stars Anna Paquin as a waitress in a small Louisiana town who falls for a vampire. It's funnier than I made it sound. We weren't planning on watching it, but we got sucked in after Entourage. (Get it? SUCKED in? HA!) I'll definitely give it another try next week.

Did you read those vampire books yet? I canceled HBO after the Sopranos. And I'm not getting it again. Sorry.
I read the first book, but those are different vampires.

I don't get HBO. And I haven't yet hooked up Tivo. And I probably shot myself in the foot by criticizing ND before Justin comes over to help us.
Just invite him to dinner and say, "Oh, while you're here..."
I don't have HBO either. We have Showtime so Heinz can watch Pen and Teller: Bullshit!
I liked Twilight. It's the best book of the four but I liked reading the rest too so I'd have some closure to the characters.
Buffy was the last Vampire I saw. I am not interested. MM
watched it. it was creepy, in a "I can't take my eyes away from the train wreck" kind of way.
I am definitely watching it again.
