I have to get this off my chest: I hate Coldplay. I know this probably makes me tragically unhip, but in my estimation they fall into the "whiny white guy" genre of music, which I loathe. (See also Nickleback and Creed--the ultimate offender.)
Meanwhile, I'm really digging this Jesse McCartney song right now. (No, I'm not a tween.) Is my street cred irreparably damaged?

Ugh, yes, I don't normally dig Coldplay either. I like their new song, but that's it. They depress me.
But I've already downloaded that new Jesse McCartney song. And I was addicted to Summerland. So I'm worse. Don't worry.
