Wednesday's dinner

Tonight we had Pecan-Crusted Chicken Tenders. This is a delicious, easy, kid-friendly recipe. They're baked in the oven, but the pecans in the breading make them nice and crisp. Bonus: It's low-fat. My only suggestion: I used two egg whites instead of one.

P.S. In case you haven't noticed, I'm tearing it up in the kitchen this week!

I've noticed too! Impressive. HL recipe? Is it easy? We have a story coming up in Feb. about what to do with pork tenderloin. You need to read it!
