Finally...a success!

The Baked Ziti was a hit. I liked the bechamel-type sauce that you pour over the noodles. Tasty. It took a little more time than I usually spend cooking a weeknight dinner (even though I cooked the meat and shredded the cheese the night before), but it was worth it.
