Somehow I managed to not touch any of my WIPs this week. Instead, I started new ones! Sigh.
Finished:
Loulouthi quilt
Started and finished this quilt since Wednesday. Details here.
In progress
Swoon-along
No progress here. I need a 1/4 inch foot for my new machine. I thought the one for my old machine would work, and it mostly does, but the needle is just a little too close for comfort, especially when I sew in reverse (and I have a few broken needles to prove it!). So I put the Swoon blocks and a few bee blocks on hold until I get a new one. I'm sure my Swoon blocks would be disastrous if I didn't have an accurate 1/4 inch seam.
Wonky Seuss
Instead, I worked on a few blocks for a Dr. Seuss quilt. I stole some fabric, including this panel, from my mom, and I figured wonky was the way to go with Seuss.
Completed tops awaiting quilting:
Postage Stamp quilt
Kaleidoscope baby quilt #2
Fabricland
Scrap Attack tumblers
To do:
LynneBob block for VIBeees
Drunkard's Path Quilt-Along
Block for Jeni
Seuss quilt
Head to Lee's to see what everyone else is working on!

Wonky is definately the way to go with Dr. Seuss. Happy Swooning once you get a new foot.
The Dr. Suess quilt looks fun. I'm sure it will be great! I cant wait to see all of your finished Swoon blocks, they're so beautiful!
LOVE the Loulouthi!! And those wonky Seuss block are incredible! Way to go!
that sucks that your foot is not working for you
Wonky is definitely the way to go! I'm tempted to buy some Lorax and make a quilt for my kids with the panel. Your new projects are cute. I'm hoping to start my Swoon this weekend.
Wonky is perfect for Dr. Seuss!! That's going to be great. And of course I love your Loulouthi quilt!
Love the Dr. Seuss blocks. I've been thinking of doing something similar with my Seuss fabric, but I love that yours are rectangular.
When Loulouthi came out, I really did not like it so much. But it has really grown on me, and your fabulous quilt is just another example why.
Oooh, love those fun Dr. Seuss blocks so far! I've been sitting on some yardage from that line since it came out, and you're making me want to use it finally! Your Loulouthi quilt is also looking lovely :)
Your Loulouthi quilt is beautiful! It must be nice to have a finished project :-D I know I'm ready to have a couple of those myself.
Your wonky seuss is SO much fun! I love it. Hope you get your 1/4 foot soon. I don't think i could do much of anything without mine. ;)
Your Seuss quilt is going to be so fun! The Loulouthi quilt is beautiful and I'm once again amazed at your productivity!
You made an entire quilt in a week! I'm impressed, lady! Those Seuss blocks are so cute, can't wait to see where it goes. Thanks for linking up to WIP Wednesday. : )
Dr Seuss rocks the wonky look! Great blocks! I love the quilt too. I can't believe you made it in a week!
love the loulouthi! Never did manage to pick any of that up....
Wonky + Seuss = winning!
Glad I'm not the only one who starts projects rather than tackling WIPs!
