Did you tell them your kid broke the necklace or just that the necklace "broke"???
I was wondering the same--they replaced it for free even though Luke broke it? Because if they're guaranteeing their necklaces against toddlers, I'll buy three!
They didn't ask what happened, and I didn't tell. They just said that they stand by their products.
Well that's a very vague statement on their part and therefore implied that they guarantee necklaces against toddlers. Awesome!
