That's how many quilts I made this year. That's a perfectly sane number of quilts to make in a year, yes? Thought so.
I didn't include any smaller projects in that count. Just the big 'uns. Even though my favorite finish of 2010 was probably
these little guys. What will 2011 have in store? More quilts, I imagine. I haven't decided what my next project will be. I'm hoping I can be a little more confident and adventurous with my fabric and design choices. I'd like to try some embroidery too.
I'm a little embarrassed to tell you that I won another giveaway this week (I know, I hate me too), but this fabric is too gorgeous not to share. I was the lucky recipient of this FQ bundle from Rebecca at
Chasing Cottons. The fabric is
Paradise by Pat Bravo. This fabric wasn't really on my radar before it arrived in my mailbox, but I love it! Rebecca sent along her new
Eden's Garden pattern too.
Three of my favorite prints from the collection.
Wishing you a happy (and lucky!) New Year!!

Congratulations on both your win and your finishes. I think my favorite is Hooty Hoot - it is just soooo cute!
Happy New Year to you and your family!!
Love that new fabric. You could make a calendar of your quilts!
Love all your quilts- I think the little robots, etc are my favorites, too, so cute! And congrats on the giveaway win!
Happy 2011!
Your finishes are lovely, and so's that new fabric!!! Lucky girl!!
I am stunned. I knew you were busy, and I saw them all as you posted them, but to see them together.....beautiful work, Katie.
Have I told you lately that I love mine??
Happy New Year! Your little mini quilts are just ADORABLE! And everything else is gorgeous, too!
Lucky you! Congrats! The fabrics are beautiful, now you can make a start on this year's 15 quilts :)
You didn't start quilting in January of last year, did you? Just thinking that's probably 15 quilts in less than 12 months. Impressive nonetheless. My New Year's wish is that some of your luck rubs off on me... or maybe you should just go buy a lottery ticket. That'd work too!

They are all so beautiful, and I love that they are all different - you don't just have one standard pattern. Good work Katie!
Can't wait to see what's up for 2011!
Beautiful new fabrics! I can't wait to see what you make with them.
