Try this: Italian Jambalaya
I tried this recipe for Italian Jambalaya a few weeks ago, and it's very tasty. It uses orzo instead of rice. I left out the pork chops because it just seemed like way too much meat. Justin asked that I include shrimp next time. This makes a ton of food, so you'll probably have leftovers.
