Swooning along
One of my quilty 2012 quilty goals was to make a Swoon quilt using my beloved Hideaway fabric. Thanks to Katy/I'm a Ginger Monkey, this will be happening sooner rather than later! The block is a little time-consuming, but we're just making one a week, so it's doable.
I knew the Swoon block was big, but I didn't realize just how big! I think it measures 24 inches.
I'm happy to be putting this fabric to use.

Holy cow, that is a big block!! Your block is so darned pretty, you picked the perfect fabrics and used them just right :) So tempted to join in the swoon-y fun!
What a great fabric choice! I've also been holding on to some Hideaway and waiting for the right pattern to come along.

I'm not (unfortunately) swooning along since I finished my swoon quilt a couple of months ago, but I will definitely be following along & looking! Still love this pattern!

Love how it looks in Hideaway! I'm Swooning along, too - I finished all my 24" and 16" blocks, so the quilt-along is forcing me to piece the itty bitty 8" blocks to finish mine off.
So so pretty! I love a nice big block !
