I used up some scraps left over from my Verna pillows to make a little wall hanging for my friend.
I used this tutorial from Allison at Cluck Cluck Sew. Allison made a pillow, but I used her tutorial for a mini quilt instead.
I echo quilted (my favorite) around the leaves. Easy and cute!

very cute. it looks really hard. I think you are out of control.
not that there's anything wrong with that....
what a lucky lucky lucky friend. This is beautiful.
Beautiful! I love the quilting! I did this project too, but on canvas grocery bags. They were favors for my daughter's first birthday party (her birthday is on Earth Day).
That tree is super cool. I'm still waiting for that etsy shop to open!!!
Your echo quilting is gorgeous. It looks really hard. And I agree with your mom. Last night I showed this to Heinz and he asked if you needed an intervention.
Its absolutely beautiful, and such fun colors!
Lovely idea! The motif is perfect for a mini-quilt!

Great Job! You can never just use too much Verna!
Seeing all your Verna projects has "forced" me to order some fabric of my very own. I plan on making a quilt for my (gulp) king-size bed. Pray for be, but I'm so excited to get my hands on some Verna. Thanks for all the inspration!
