I love Drew Brees.
I was reluctant (for one primary reason).
But this sealed the deal.
Oh, plus he's good at football and stuff.

I understand your Purdue hang-up. It still bothers me to root for that Manning guy because he went to Tennessee. But it's impossible not to like a guy who's having a moment like this w/ his sweet baby! --Marilyn
I didn't watch any of the game (shocking, I know), but that clip was heartwarming. However, now I'm upset that my husband will never experience "the most precious moment a father can have with his son." Because I'm pretty sure Ryan is never going to win a Super Bowl.
I love him, too. But you already knew that and scoffed at me last week when I casually mentioned it in conversation. I am glad you finally came around.
I'm just impressed that baby kept the earphones on.. can't say my two would. And funny, Julia... that same thought went through my head.
First, his baby boy so darn cute...and kudos for the headphones....thinking of his sons saftey for his ears.....Second, did you see where he kissed his son on one those cute puffy cheekies....now this is a daddy who loves his son!
Nat, I thought that same thing about him keeping the ear phones on and then when Dad was talking to Baby Brees I thought: Baby Brees can't hear a word but at least they have it on tape.mm
I know. I melted too. Watched the whole game rooting for the Colts (Peyton Manning) but that scene after the game was the best thing all night.
