Mystery of the day

Anyone care to venture a guess as to how this:
ended up in the back of my pickup truck? Looks like drug paraphernalia. Smells like drug paraphernalia. I swear, officer, it's not mine...

    Those are pot leaves on it, which is what indicated to me that it is NOT a fancy melon baller.
